Beartooth High Twist by Laneras Yarns
Laneras is comitted to the environment and craftmanship. They only source natural materials, sources ethically and sustainably from the picturesque landscapes of Uruguay. In order to keep their yarn 100% Wool, Laneras developed a unique signature ply technique, which is what truly makes this yarn a yarn like no other.
Beartooth High Twist is made of 100% Polwarth Wool. Polwarth is an amazingly soft wool. With a micron width between 22-25 microns, it is as soft as most Merino yarns, and is very comfortable to wear directly against your skin. With a staple length that can range between 4-6 inches, it is also a yarn that tends to not pill easily. Knitters and Crocheters find that Polwarth is lovely to work with and produces a yarn with good stitch definition.
