Rooftop Landing Kit

Rooftop Landing is a colorwork hat knit from the brim up using Polka Dot Sheep Ski Town Sport. It features a knit in hem for warmth and to help retain shape over time. Use this kit to make your own version. We love these prancing, dancing reindeer for the winter!

Kit Includes:

• (1) 50 gram skein of Ski Town Sport (main color)
• (1) 25 gram skein of Ski Town Sport (contrast color)
• A print pattern with a digital download code.

You will need:

• Needles: US 2 or 3 (depending on gauge and size) in your preferred method for small circumference knitting: 16" circular, or double pointed, or magic loop 40"
• 1 stitch marker
• Tape measure
• Darning needle for weaving in ends

About Ski Town Sport:

• Knitting weight: Sport
• Fiber Content: 80% Superwash Merino Wool, 20% Nylon
• Gauge: 22-24 sts = 4 in. on US 4-5 needles    
• Texture: 3-ply
• Care: Machine washable gentle in cold water, machine dry or dry flat.

About the Pattern:

• Sizes: Small (Large)
• Finished measurements (circumference x height): 18.5 x 8.25", (20 x 8.5") For Best Fit, plan 1"-3" of negative ease
• Needles: Choose the needle type for your preferred method of small circumference knitting in the round (16" circular, double pointed, magic loop etc.) in the following sizes: US2.5/3
• Gauge (blocked): 26 (24) sts and 34 (32) rows to 4" in pattern.
