If you have any questions about what’s exchangeable, our staff is happy to clarify before you purchase.

Yarn may be exchanged for Store Credit only if all of the following conditions are met:
1. The yarn is in its original form and all tags/bands attached and intact.
2. You have the receipt for the transaction
3. It has been less than 90 days from purchase date.
