Mosaic Cowl

You must know how to cast on and how to knit and purl.

This workshop will teach you how to work the mosaic stich to create dramatic colorwork with only one color at a time.

Skills learned: circular knitting, mosaic stitch, chart reading, colorwork.

Materials:
Yarn: 2 colors of Dos Tierras (light worsted weight yarn) - use high contrasting colors.
Needles: Size US 3 circular 16” & size US 5 circular 16" or 24"

There is prep work before the first class meeting:

On 16" size 3 needle and color A, cast on 180 stitches, work in ribbing (knit 1, purl 1) for 8 rounds
