Learn to Knit in Three Hours

Basic knitting instruction

Haruno Cardigan

Haruno cardigan is a raglan jacket worked from the top down. The yoke is worked back and forth with raglan increases to the underarm. Then, the back is worked longer than the front using German short rows, and a decorative braid is added. The number of stitches is then increased in one go to knit a lace pattern to the hem. The sleeves, set aside at the underarm, are worked top down in the round. The cuffs are bind off, adding a chain looking like a braid.

Cloud Sweater

Saturday October 18, 25, Nov.8, 15 1-3pm This class meets four times. Learn top-down and in the round in a whole new way. This pattern has a construction method that gives more shape to the neckline and allows for a set in or drop sleeve instead of a yoke and raglan sleeve.
